We have some great resources we might adapt to focus on stakeholders (see files below)
- Pivotal Voices - pg. 84 - "Developing a group profile of a stakeholder group"; pg. 106 - "Comparing identities of groups and their concerns", etc.
- Brazillian Rainforest - pg. 100 - "Notes on stakeholders' perspectives", pg. 102 - "Probing questions" (i.e. finding out more about stakeholders"; pg.104 - "Web of interests" - to compare stakeholers' interests; pg. 108 - "Implications of proposals" - i.e. likely impact on each stakeholder, possible modifications required; pg. 110 - "Notes on suggested plans" - that pulls a lot of the above pieces together.
